What is TPT Bookstore?

TPT Bookstore is your premier destination for premium ebooks. We offer two ways to access our collection: unlimited subscription access or individual book purchases.

How does the subscription work?

Our subscription provides unlimited access to our entire library of ebooks. Once subscribed, you can download as many books as you want for the duration of your active subscription. Payment must be received first before access is granted.

Can I buy individual books instead of subscribing?

Yes! You can purchase individual ebooks for a one-time fee. These ebooks become your permanent possession and can be downloaded immediately after purchase.

Do you sell physical books?

We provide links to external retailers where you can purchase physical paperbacks. These are third-party transactions not handled directly by us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways to ensure convenient and safe transactions.

Account & Access

How do I create an account?

You can register for an account by clicking the "Register" link in the top navigation. Fill out the registration form with your details and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Can I access books on multiple devices?

Yes, your subscription allows access across multiple devices. You can download books to your computer, tablet, or e-reader as needed.

What if I forget my password?

Use the "Lost your password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

Downloads & Reading

What formats are the ebooks in?

Our ebooks are available in multiple formats including PDF and EPUB to ensure compatibility with various e-readers and devices.

How many books can I download at once?

There are no limits on downloads during your active subscription. You can download as many books as you want.

What happens to my downloaded books?

Once you download an ebook (either through subscription or individual purchase), it becomes your permanent possession. You can continue to enjoy the book even after your subscription ends.

Can I share my downloaded ebooks?

No. Sharing downloaded ebooks with any party breaks our agreement and infringes on copyright. We may terminate your access to our service for violations. Once you have the epub or pdf file, you can continue to enjoy the book yourself.

Billing & Refunds

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged at the time of subscription signup or individual book purchase. For subscriptions, you'll then be charged according to your selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payment must be received first before access is granted.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

We make multiple payment attempts before terminating access. Payment attempts are made 2 weeks before the due date, then 1 week before, and finally on the due date. If all three attempts fail, your subscription will be terminated. You will lose access to new downloads, but any ebooks you've already downloaded remain yours permanently.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which access to new downloads will be terminated. Downloaded ebooks remain yours permanently.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds are possible once any books have been downloaded from your account. This applies to both subscription services and individual book purchases. Once you download an ebook, the sale is final. If you cancel your subscription before downloading any books, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
